Everybody knows that brides and grooms should get thoroughly wet before they tie the knot!
A stand up paddleboarding (SUP) experience is the PERFECT hen or stag activity; just has raucaus, energetic, silly and fun filled as you'd expect or a mellow, chilled way to spend the morning after the night before (and a sensational hangover cure!). Or maybe you'd like a blend of tranquility out on the water with a few fun and games designed to challenge your gang with a LOT of laughter guaranteed. Our hen and stag SUP activities are curated just for you, so you'll get the best of both worlds.
This activity is not only perfect for beginners (because we'll provide all the gear and teach you everything you need to know to become fantastic paddleboarders) but we're also very good at making sure that everybody feels included and part of the fun. No matter the ability, we can make sure that every member of your party is well looked after. If you think there might be a few nervous souls amongst your friends, don't worry, we've got you covered; gently building confidence is our speciality.
We're an ASI (Academy of Surf Instructors) Acreddited SUP school so you're in safe hands. James is a technical SUP coach and Alex is a SUP instructor, Yoga teacher, an ASI SUP yoga teacher (yes, you'll be doing SUP yoga!) and a level 2 open water swim coach so your hosts will ensure you get the best training and the most fun.
What will you be doing?
After we've met you all and got everyone kitted out, we'll be heading down to the riverside for a few on-land exercises to get you warmed up and ready to go. Once everybody has been suitably instructed on the basics we'll head out on the water and get everybody up and paddling. From there on in it's up to you! A SUP safari down the river? Lots of silly fun, games and challenges? A bit of both? Either way, you'll have all the fun!

Leave your phones back at the ranch; we'll take lots of photos for you to remember all the funniest moments and we'll even send the drone up to capture some unforgettable memories from the air!
But you like your creature comforts?
Fear not, we've got changing rooms, warm showers and a private carpark. We're based at a private sailing club, not a busy activity centre so this adventure will be all about you.
