SUP FIT for paddle technique, SUP FIT for flexibility, SUP FIT for injury prevention! Saturday SUP FIT is a flowing style of vinyasa that will support your body and your mind throughout the year and ensure you're ready to paddle this SUP season!
We want to make yoga accessible to everyone, remove the barriers and show that no matter your age or experience anyone can practice yoga and get so much more than just a new way to work out.
We practice on the beautiful banks of the River Avon, enjoying stunning views and a secluded location. We offer Indoor and outdoor flowing vinyasa yoga suitable for all abilities and all equipment is provided (mat, blocks, straps, blankets and even a relaxing lavender facemask) but feel free to bring any of your own gear if that makes you feel more comfortable. We practise yoga for tranquillity, stability, flexibility and for inner and outer strength; all the ingredients of an adventurous paddler! You don't have to be a SUP paddler to enjoy this style of yoga but our experience on the water makes us lean towards the same tranquillity we find outside, close to nature.

Yoga has so many benefits to health and wellbeing but because we focus on supporting SUP fitness you will be working on core strength, flexibility and balance amongst other elements so it can really help your SUP performance, and endurance whilst preventing injury and reducing tumbles!
It will also keep you paddle-fit even when the British weather won't let you get out on the water!
You don’t need any experience; if it's your first time with us just come along to a FREE beginner's taster session, and see how you get on. You don’t need to bring anything with you, just some comfortable clothing and an open mind.
Get ready for SUP Yoga!
Our dry-land yoga sessions are also designed to get you ready for our on-water SUP yoga sessions! Alex is also an ASI-accredited SUP yoga teacher and can help you transition from land yogi to SUP yogi even if you have never been on a paddleboard before! This isn't just yoga, this is yoga that takes you out of the studio and into nature. We practice on the river, on a beautiful lake in Malvern and in the Cheltenham and Chipping Campden lidos too!

Complete beginners to experienced yogis. Our focus is gentle accessibility whilst ensuring that your core strength, flexibility and balance are in tip-top shape for your SUP (or any other) adventures. 1:1 Private Yoga Sessions
Why should you consider 1:1 yoga teaching? We know that 1:1 coaching can seem intimidating but there are many benefits to some focused you-time. Perhaps you want to improve your home practice by making sure you are getting the basics right. Or you would like support in improving your practice, perhaps achieving a headstand or an arm balance that has been eluding you. Perhaps you have never tried yoga before and are worried about starting in a group setting, perhaps you have a disability or some physical restrictions and you would like some support to explore how yoga can work for your body.
1:1 yoga coaching is an excellent way to deepen your learning, improve your practice or start a new and exciting journey in a supportive private environment :)

I was out of my comfort zone but Alex made me feel very relaxed and at ease, her explanation of things was calm, precise and fun too. I will be recommending her to my friends and hoping to come to yoga again soon!
